 Good Morning everyone, I hope everyone had a lovely weekend, the weather was gorgeous! This week I have to say I have been so impressed with how well the classes reading comprehension skills have improved! When I took over the class, I thought that a lot of the students seemed to struggle to find the answers to comprehension questions in the text we were reading. I wanted to focus on this for a while because this is a skill that the students will need throughout their time learning English and throughout their lives. When I have taught in high schools I am always concerned by how many students struggle to just read and understand the books we work on in class. 302 have improved so much with their reading comprehension in the last few weeks! I feel so proud of them. The test score average this week was 87. This shows we have dipped a little bit in performance.  Good morning everyone! Average on the quiz was 88 again. We are very consistent as a class! We have lost a lot of classes recently due to national holidays and class trips. I am very happy the students have been able to stay consistent during all this! I want to talk to the students about the importance of checking your work after you have finished, to see if you have made any mistakes. We all make mistakes, but if you go back and fix them during the test then you will get a much better score! I have a feeling this is something I will be reminding the students about all year haha

 Hello everyone,  Hope everyone is having a lovely Monday. Average for the quiz last week was 88. I can see so much improvement from all the students! I gave them a little less time then normal last week as we had a bit of a scheduling issue. This week I will make sure they have more time to review and then do the quiz in a comfortable time. No school this Friday so the quiz will be on Thursday this week
